PROCEDURE FOR CONSULTANY
Step 1
Visits by LPS Consultants
The consultation starts with an interview with the company management to define any problems and concerns the company may have.
Step 2
Full-Day Diagnosis
Our consultants thoroughly examines the processes in the factory and/ or office, collect necessary data and interview workers to aid in the diagnostic process.
Step 3
Diagnosis report and proposal
A plan is proposed based on the results of the diagnosis. The plan will consist of observations that may include Extraction of Problems, Solutions, and Expected Effects, etc.
Step 4
Contract Signing
After negotiations are concluded, a contract will be prepared and signed to pave way for beginning of the consultation.
Step 5
Consultation Begins
Dedicated consultants from LPS and a team from the client company will then organize to launch the plan.
